I think crying is sometimes a necessary part of life. Sometimes I cry
when I feel very little at all is wrong. The mixture of photos and sound
files and videos and linked research, here, makes it all very real.
Sadness, unbearable stress, all of that. It's real. Everyone has to deal
with it. (Even if sometimes it's kinda funny.) Wonderful website. I
salute you!

I can't believe you're asking for contributions for this exploitative
shit. What a bunch of cunts. Haven't you got anything better to
contribute to the world? How can you get amusement out of a man crying
for his dead child? It's easy to distance yourself when your sat in
front of a computer screen all day, but these are real people. Rant
over.

Hi, came across a random link to you from memepool.com. When i first saw
the site i was in hysterics thinking it was some sort of weird
humor-thing going on highlighting the oh-so-often-seen false tears of
people in the public's eye. Then i looked at some of the images in the
gallery and realised it was much more serious than that as a lot of the
images were of quite personal painful scenes. What's it all about? Is
the site supposed to show the falseness of some of its subjects in
contrast to 'real' crying!? But then there are images from 'less
serious' scenarios. I find it a bit uncomftable that the two types of
images are side-by-side. Am still not sure what to make of it!?
Confused!?

Hey, I found your website by chance, and I'm a little puzzled by your
guests who think it's suppposed to be 'funny' or 'sick'. I think it's
tragic and beautiful. It touched me deeply and I'm sure it's touched
many other's as well. I applaud you for your work. Please continue this
site, if it can make someone as jaded as me feel something, then surely
it can and will affect many others as well. Again, this site is very
well done. Thank you for showing the world that yes, boys do cry!

I'm not really sure what your website is about, other than men crying.
But it lost validity when you wrote for caption 9-12-03 "there he goes
again...Pres Bush crying about terrorist...".
I didn't know this was a politically-biased website. What a shame. I
didn't know that our president wasn't allowed to grieve.

I am so very happy to hear about you on CNN !
You are doing great work in the world opening up
the reality of the importance of men crying, letting go of their grief.
I have been teaching emotional intelligence and
healthy tears in infants to the dying for 33 years and I have no doubt in
my mind the spiritual and emotional importance of allowing grief to be
released from our hearts and minds through tears, sobbing and wailing AND
laughing.
I'm about to send this site to my many students.
Thank you!

For those who find fault in this site, don't look
at it. If you are unwilling to examine the heartfelt suffering throughout
the world, then return to your ignorant lives. If I were unjustly pushed
into a position of grief, I would want my pain to be apparent throughout
the world. To the makers of the site, keep it up.

There's a difference here. The wailing of a man
who cries out loud, heaving like a child crying out for no other reason
than for someone to come and make it all better. That's one thing. But
then you have the silent tears of a man who is suffering. Sometimes old
men are reduced to children, sometimes old men suffer.

Your site, it has moved me. It brings to mind the
last time I, the defender, was moved to weep. On a cloudless day in The
Month Who Knows No Tales, Pantra, the Great All-Knowing fell in glorious
battle. It was then that I shed a single, glorious tear that glistened in
the mid afternoon sun. I swallowed that tear as I swallowed the souls of
the unclean. This I did in rememberance of him.

I believe this site is beautifuly healing. I
don't think it is either sick or funny as some immature viewers seem to
believe. What is sick in this culture is the expectations put on men of
being unmanley for shedding tears. In the end all we have are our tears.
